Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been collected for shipping. 


Domestic Shipping

Full shipping with THE COURIER GUY ECO is included in the price of the V Jet Fan to any major centre or selected regional areas in South Africa, but please make note of the following;

Collection / Freight Haul / Delivery days are Monday to Friday business hours.

ECO Service is delivered 2 – 3 working days (sometimes quicker) after collection for Major Centres.

ECO Service is delivered 3 – 5 working days (sometimes quicker) after collection for Regional Areas.

***************SPECIAL TRIP DELIVERY SURCHARGE
Please note that some remote outlaying towns and places may require a special dedicated trip to deliver.  These will also include mines, power stations, plots, farms, remote areas, military bases, game lodges, ports / harbours, consulates, etc. There would be an approximate R250 – R500 surcharge levied by THE COURIER GUY.  There may also be a surcharge for delivery to High Risk Areas.   We will only be made aware of this when placing the Shipping order with THE COURIER GUY and would then pass this information back to our customer by email.   The customer will then have the option to either pay the extra amount via eft, or to cancel the order and be refunded in full. 

All shipping is paid for on behalf of the customer to THE COURIER GUY, and thus V Jet and the Customer are bound by the Terms and Conditions of THE COURIER GUY for all shipments.


In-store pickup

This option is unfortunately not available at this time. 


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from THE COURIER GUY which will include a tracking number.  You will also receive email updates and different parts of the shipping journey.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.  We will address these on a case-by-case basis with THE COURIER GUY and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
