Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return request, you can send us and email to [email protected] with RETURN in the subject line and a copy of the order confirmation and courier delivery note attached.   

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label to attach to your return package. We will arrange for THE COURIER GUY to collect from your address as delivered to.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and offer a solution.

We also do not returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return item to let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Warranty

V Jet Fan Units are sold with a 1 year manufacturers warranty and are manufactured from high quality aluminum casing and internal parts.   The warranty would only cover failure of unit if not related to external factors or use in contravention of Safety Precautions guidelines as found in Safety Precautions section on this website.   The warranty is extended to V Jet SA by our overseas supplier and we be required to send a full report and details of failure to them for authorization to replace the unit.  Our warranty does not cover courier cost of getting goods back to us, nor courier cost of dispatching replacement unit, if approved for replacement.   We will endeavor to communicate progress and outcome of claim with customer at all times.
